At Handys I have been fitting kitchens for many years which has provided the experience and skills to take on any kitchen project.

I can also do all other parts of a kitchen refurbishment including tiling, decorating, flooring, plumbing. Plus electrical work and Gas work through my specialist partners.

This means I would manage your kitchen refurbishment from start to finish without the need for you to source and pay individually numerous trades people, saving you time and money.

This also means you have one man taking full responsibility for the job rather than lots of individuals taking responsibility for their own small part of the larger refurbishment. This always means a better final result with less inconvenience.

At Handys I have one of the best bathroom fitters around to call on, Nigel. and at a reasonable price too. He can do anything from a small job simply replacing a basin up to full bathroom refurbishments, and do it to the highest standard.

No need for a separate tiler, a separate plasterer, a separate plumber etc, it would be Nigel doing the work start to finish. This helps to keep the costs lower + improve the overall standard of the work as it is the same specialist managing the whole job rather than numerous people managing small parts of the job.

I am a very experienced flooring expert. I can do all types of flooring from laminate to real wood floors, vinyl’s, LVTs, Herringbone, linos and all types of tiled flooring too.

I can also fit all types of floor underlays including screeds, plywood, Decoupling membranes & damp proof membranes.

I offer a practiced, professional wallpapering service. Including pattern repeating papers that needs to be lined up accurately. Or even simple old lining paper.

At Handys I can turn my hands to most home improvement tasks such as fitting blinds, shelves, hanging mirrors & pictures, curtain & handrails, wall mounting TVs, coat hooks & even general gardening too! Plus, the occasional interesting Bespoke climbing frame as you see pictured 🙂

I am also a practiced, experienced tiler. I can tile any area with any type of tile to a high standard. Both interior and exterior.

Including Herrinbone, mosaic, Victorian style, large format.

This includes any necessary preparation work to either wall and floors prior to tiling. including Decoupling membranes, Hardie Bakker, Underfloor heating. You name it I can do it 🙂

I am also a practiced professional standard Decorator, i can take on all type of smaller decorating jobs myself.

For the larger jobs I have a team of trusted expert painter and decorators available to call on to help out.

They offer a fully comprehensive service including preparing & painting interior walls, ceilings & woodwork. They also offer specialist painting services such as stain blocking, damp repairs & on fresh plaster too. Not forgetting the outside – they can also prepare & paint your exterior.

I am a practiced expert at erecting false walls, preparing Artex & textured ceilings for plastering, plaster repairs & re-plaster-boarding damaged walls and ceilings. We can add insulation boards & also install damp proofing.

I’m also very experienced at dealing with old style Lathe and plaster Walls and Ceilings.

When it comes to Rendering, Skim coating with plaster or even full plastering, I have some of the best plasterers in South London to call on. 

I also have trusted and fully qualified electricians i can call on. They are professional and have years of experience in the industry.

My electricians consistently offer value and quality to commercial and domestic customers and pride themselves on the positive feedback that they get from many satisfied customers.

I also have a team of scafolders i can call on when needed. These scaffold installers are fully trained and fully insured and can do any scaffolding work from small jobs to large.
